About

We run a postal service for festival punters. At a Festival Postcards stall you can buy a postcard, a stamp, write your card and post it in our box. Twice a day we leave the festival on our bicycle to meet a Royal Mail van and send festival tales across the world.

The Postcard Stall was born from our wonderful hippie parents in 1982. All they wanted to do was afford to take their kids to the Festivals, so they designed some postcards made a box and sat under a tree (next to the Cider Bus!)

After a few years of blagging as fly pitchers we got a stall. It was a few years after that untill we clocked on to the idea that we could sell stamps have a table for people to write their cards and we would cycle to the local postbox and send them off with Royal mail

  1. Hi – regret not buying a few more Glastonbury 2011 postcards from your lovely stall there – is there any way I can buy some now (as souvenirs!) after the event?
    Many thanks,
    Katy
